Explanation of Order Statuses

  • Processing: The order has been received and is being prepared.
  • In Progress: The order is currently being fulfilled.
  • Pending: The order has been received but has not yet started.
  • Completed: The order has been successfully completed.
  • Partial: The order has been partially completed, which may happen if only part of the order could be fulfilled.
  • Canceled: The order has been canceled and will not be completed.

Checking Your Order Status

After placing an order, you can check its status in your dashboard. Services typically arrive within 0 to 48 hours. If you encounter any issues, contact support with your Order ID.

  • Order ID: Highlighted in green in your dashboard. Contact support if there’s no change within 24 hours, as some services might be slower.
  • Public Profiles: Ensure your profiles are public for the services to work correctly.
  • Avoid Duplicate Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously. Wait for the previous order to complete before placing a new one.
